What is the difference between original and compatible cartridges?
Original cartridges are made by the printer brand. Compatible cartridges are made by other manufacturers and usually cost less. Always match the cartridge model number to your printer.
Do you deliver outside Raipur?
Yes. Delivery in Raipur is free and takes 1 day. We also deliver by courier to every other district of Chhattisgarh in about 3 days for a flat ₹100.
Will I get a GST bill and warranty?
Yes. Every purchase comes with a GST invoice, and products carry the manufacturer’s warranty.
Can I return a product?
Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in the original packaging. Opened consumables, toner and cartridges, cables and accessories may not be returnable – see our Return Policy.
How can I pay?
