Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy from Infotech Solutions, use this website, leave a product with us for service, or message our business WhatsApp number.

1. Prices and availability

  • Prices shown include GST unless stated otherwise, and can change without notice.
  • Stock shown online is indicative. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund in full.
  • Where a price is listed in obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund rather than supply at that price. We will tell you if this happens.

2. Orders and payment

  • An order is confirmed only once we accept it and payment is received or agreed.
  • A tax invoice is issued for every sale. Please give your GSTIN before billing if you need input credit — it cannot be added afterwards.
  • We accept Cash, UPI / Google Pay, Credit cards, Debit cards, NFC mobile payments and other listed methods.

3. Delivery and pick-up

We deliver in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha and offer in-store pick-up for online orders. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Please check the packaging before accepting a delivery and report visible damage the same day.

4. Warranty and repairs

  • Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. We help you claim it; we do not extend or replace it.
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, burnt components, tampered serial numbers or unauthorised repair.
  • Repair estimates are given after inspection. Work starts only after you approve the estimate.
  • Please back up your data before leaving any device with us. We are not responsible for loss of data during repair.
Items left with us for more than 90 days after we tell you they are ready may attract storage charges. We will always try to reach you first, on the number you gave us.

5. Returns

Sealed software, consumables and installed items are not returnable. Other goods may be returned unused and in original packaging within the period we state at the time of sale. Refunds go back by the same method you paid.

6. WhatsApp and other messages

  • When you give us your number, you agree that we may message you about your own order, service ticket or enquiry.
  • You can stop these at any time — reply STOP, or tell us on 099938 29793.
  • Messages travel over WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. See our Privacy Policy.
  • Please do not send us OTPs, card numbers or bank passwords. We will never ask for them.

7. Using this website

Do not attempt to break into, overload or scrape this website, and do not use it for anything unlawful. Product photographs and descriptions are provided by manufacturers and may differ slightly from the item supplied.

8. Limits

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the goods or service concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost business, lost profit or lost data. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh have jurisdiction.
